My work helps women root back into the body — the place where safety begins, where wisdom lives, and where becoming is remembered.
Through somatic practice, nervous-system literacy, intuitive guidance, and trauma-informed support, I help women shift from survival into embodied leadership.
I teach the skills our culture never gave us: how to regulate, how to stay present, how to hear your own truth, and how to rise without abandoning yourself.
This is a path of coming home.

The Bloom and Birth Mission
Bloom & Birth exists to guide women back to the wisdom, strength, and creation force within their own bodies.
I believe:
A regulated woman becomes irresistible to her own becoming.
